PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS") OF USE CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Sim2do reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice, which are in effect immediately. The minimum age to fly the simulators is ten years old (8 years old for the Boeing simulator), and an adult must accompany any young person under 16 years old as an observer. At our discretion, we will accept younger, providing they are a minimum for the specific simulator. Due to the simulator's accuracy, clients must be of reasonable mobility. The cockpit is not suitable for wheelchairs. Maximum Weight 110kg max Height 6.7” minimum heights are as stipulated on individual simulators information page. Airline seat size restrictions apply.  Good eyesight is required. One additional person can go in the cockpit with the pilot. The maximum number of accompanying friends or family members in the centre is 4; pre-booking is required at no additional cost. Children who need supervision cannot accompany adults during their flight. No step-free access to the reception area is available. All participants take part at their own risk. Cancellations can be rebooked for (scheduled/booked) flights as long as you cancel 48 hours before you book a later flight and your voucher is still valid. For emergency Cancellations within 48 hours of your (scheduled/booked), a cancellation fee is payable on the date of the cancellation. You can book a later flight if your Voucher is still valid. Due to staff commitments, notice of less than four office hours cannot be rebooked. A no-show is not re-bookable.

This flight simulator is an exclusive and delicate piece of machinery, and we reserve the right to restrict, refuse access to, or eject anyone we feel is abusing the machinery. Refunds will not be available under these circumstances. Please note that our booking is accepted on the understanding that you and your observer are healthy and are not liable to conditions such as heart problems, epilepsy or any others likely to be exacerbated by or induced by excitement. Please inform us of any relevant conditions or medical issues. Colour blindness, some instruments may be complex to read.

We may need to place extra staff members on board with you for training purposes as observers. This will not affect the enjoyment of the flight in any way. You won't even notice they are there. If the simulator is not serviceable, we may need to move your booking to an alternative simulator, time or date. We will give you as much notice of any change as possible, but it must be understood that the un-serviceability of complex machines can occur without warning. In this event, a free rebooking will be available if you require it. Scheduled flight delays may occur for any reason. Getting flights to start on time is always difficult, and delays can be expected to last around 30 minutes. We will email and text you a notification of any such changes as early as possible. Right to cancel: You may cancel and seek a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchasing your Voucher (where you have not booked your Voucher/Experience). You can get a refund on valid vouchers within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@sim2do.com. After fourteen (14) days of purchasing your Voucher, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Sim2do does not make any credits or refunds unless notified within fourteen days of purchase per applicable law.

 

You must redeem your Voucher 12 months after the purchase date specified on the Voucher or subsequently communicated to you. After the expiry date, the Voucher is void, according to applicable law. No refunds will be issued for expired Vouchers. The Vouchers cannot be combined with any other vouchers, third-party certificates, coupons, or promotions unless otherwise specified and accepted by Sim2do. Any attempt to duplicate the voucher will render it void. Declaration for lost vouchers proof of purchase will require a replacement voucher, rendering the previous voucher void. Declaration for stolen vouchers, proof of purchase, and a police case number will be required to be given a replacement voucher. If the previous Voucher is subsequently produced for a service, the police department where the case was registered will be notified. These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

  • Transparency: We do not collect data or use your personal information in any way to operate and function in our business.

  • GDPR: On May 25, 2018, a new European Union (EU) data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), took effect. The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process information about those individuals. We’ve updated our Privacy Policy and processes to take into account the new requirements of the GDPR.
