  • All appointments are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

  • We advise booking a date for your experience as soon as possible; you can book up to 6 months in advance. Experiences must be booked and taken before the voucher's expiry date.

  • You can book an appointment using your Pre-Purchased Voucher. If you have not already purchased a voucher, you can use the Book and Pay Tab.

  • The Saturday Upgrade applies to some third-party and weekday vouchers. All Buy a Gift and Red Letter Day vouchers are 'weekday' only and require this upgrade for a Saturday booking. If you have a weekday voucher and book a weekend, you will need to purchase a Saturday Upgrade of £15, which must be resolved before your booking is accepted.
